Exhibitor Games

I exhibit at events.

Spin to Win turns a passing glance into a reason to stop, play, and share contact information — while your prize inventory stays under control.

Why exhibitors choose a wheel

Attention is only useful if it leaves you a lead.

A good booth game has to do three jobs at once: stop the right people, capture a follow-up path, and protect the cost of the promotion.

Booth attention

A moving wheel, a clear prize, and a QR code give visitors a low-pressure reason to approach instead of walking past the table.

Lead capture

Players can share their details before or after the spin, depending on the campaign setup, and winners receive a claim code your team can verify.

Controlled prize costs

You decide what is on the wheel and how many of each prize exist. When the available quantity reaches zero, that prize stops being awarded.

Working demo

Try Spin to Win.

This is a front-end demonstration with sample branding, prizes, and claim codes. A client campaign uses your logo, colors, prize list, and lead-capture settings.

Live sample data

In the live client dashboard, you control every prize name, quantity, and on/off setting.

Inventory and admin

You run the campaign from a private client login.

The public sees a simple game. Behind it, the client dashboard keeps the prizes, people, and campaign status organized.

1

Build your wheel

Add your logo and colors, choose the wheel slots, and write the prize names exactly as visitors should see them.

2

Set the inventory

Enter how many of each prize are available and turn individual prizes on or off. Quantities protect the promotion from accidental over-awarding.

3

Review people and prizes

Check entrants, winners, claim codes, and remaining stock.

Runs on what you already have

If it has a browser, it runs your wheel.

Spin to Win is a web experience — no app to install, no developer accounts, and no special equipment to buy or ship. Put the QR code on a booth sign, table card, or banner — attendees play from it on their own phones, and a booth screen or tablet just opens a link. Lead exports are included, and software connections such as CRM or Zapier sync can be quoted as add-ons from $500. Hardware-based badge-scanner integrations aren't something we sell — the wheel is designed to need none of it.

Exhibitor Games FAQ

Before your next event

Can I pause between shows?

Yes. The $200 monthly price applies per active month. Pause between events, keep the wheel settings and leads saved, and reactivate when the next campaign is ready.

Running two shows at the same time?

Each additional simultaneous show gets its own wheel and its own prize inventory for a half-price setup of $750; the monthly price stays $200 for each active show. Shows that run one after another don't need a second setup at all — just pause and reactivate the same wheel.

What happens when a prize runs out?

The inventory count reaches zero and that prize is no longer available to win. Every screen at your booth pulls from the same inventory, so a prize that's gone is gone everywhere at once. Other prizes and non-prize slots continue according to the campaign setup.

Who supplies the prizes and rules?

You supply the prizes and the official terms for your promotion. GoodDog supplies the wheel, lead capture, inventory controls, and winner records.
